George Lowden, being one to seek out and reclaim some of the best woods from the past, the old growth Mahogany used for the back and sides was locally sourced from an old pew from an old church in Belfast, Ireland. This great quarter sawn Honduran Mahogany was imported to Ireland in the 1700- 1800’s. A rare custom offering on a 35 series build, this wood has a lovely history. No matter your faith, there is no denying the powerful energy of many years of song, prayer and reflection shared with this wood. The top is AAAA grade Adirondack Spruce- a perfect pairing with the old Mahogany on this F-35 cutaway build.
