The O-50 is Lowden’s top of the line jumbo build with all premium Master Grade tonewoods. This very clean excellent condition 2025 O-50 custom build features Flamed Myrtle back and sides from the US northwest. The high dimensional figuring and contrasting color make this one of the nicest sets of Myrtle we have come across. Perfectly paired with a clean European Alpine Spruce top with tight, straight grain, this is a rare build from Lowden. Trimmed out with figured Koa contoured arm bevel and bindings, an absolute comfort and aesthetic must have, this build is gorgeous all around.
Beautifully balanced, this guitar has a full, big bottom end with clear mids and bell highs. Handmade in Northern Ireland, Lowden guitars are finished in satin and have the look, sound and feel of old world craftmanship. Meticulous attention to detail, Master Grade tonewoods and all wood marquetry make this a true heirloom quality instrument.
