Outstanding customer service

I recently bought a Collings OM from Down Home Guitars and could not be happier with my experience. Both of the sales associates were clearly experts, gave excellent advice, and allowed me to leisurely test out several models. I was even able to trade in a guitar and was given a fair price. I highly recommend Down Home Guitars and hope to purchase another instrument from them in the future.
