Based on the comfortable ’S’ body size, the Jazz model is a nylon string ‘cross-over’ model that is designed to be used for a variety of playing styles. The neck is wide enough to accommodate the nylon strings (1 7/8″ at the nut with 2 3/8″ saddle spacing) and yet the ebony fingerboard is cambered to allow easy playing for steel string players. The voicing of the guitar allows for a great acoustic response while not being overly lively and overpowering while amplified.
