Hand crafted with Sitka Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides, Rosewood contoured arm bevel and bindings, Abalone Pearl rosette and 12th fret inlays, fretboard inlays, Mahogany neck, Ebony front headstock overlay and Rosewood rear overlay and more.

Kevin Ryan has been building guitars in southern California for over 35 years. Coming from an aerospace engineering background, he has pushed the acoustic guitar toward the pinnacle of design efficiency to achieve a signature look, feel and sound beloved around the world. His spherically arched back and extended scale length are some of the contemporary features found on the Nightingale.

The Nightingale cutaway is Ryan’s most versatile model featuring articulate bass, iridescent trebles, and warm, sustaining tone with balanced, string-to-string clarity and note separation. This comfortable build is equally suited for fingerstyle, single-note lead, strumming, Celtic ballads, open and lowered tunings or whatever your heart desires.
