With a fully carved Engelmann Spruce top and Flamed Maple back and sides, the MT-O produces a rich, woody tone that one would expect from a professional quality mandolin. The oval sound hole accentuates the bass and low mid response while providing a warm, open tonality that is rich in overtones.
