Limited Edition builds feature premium Cocobolo back and sides with rare Bearclaw Adirondack Spruce tops and the first ever build with Cocobolo segmented tile 41-style top purfling and rosette. Figured Koa fully bound body, neck and headstock, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard, bridge and headstock overlay, Koa rosette plus Gold Waverly tuners with Snakewood buttons top it off.

This OMSC model of this addition features a deep body configuration along with a large soundhole. These features give extra big life to the well received OMSC 12-fret body. Other features include Bourgeois’ soft venetian cutaway, full deluxe figured Hawaiian Koa body, neck, headstock and large soundhole bindings, first ever Cocobolo segmented tile rosette and top purfling, Pearl diamonds and arrows fretboard inlay, AJ headstock inlays and logo, Antique Bone pins, Mahogany satin finish neck, 1 3/4″ nut width, 2 5/16″ saddle spacing, 25.5″ scale length and more. Aged Tone torrefied Adirondack Spruce bracing and Animal Protein glue construction under the hood drives this tone machine.

Graceful and balanced for the stage, recording studio or your living room. The OMSC is a versatile guitar with clear, piano-like qualities. Warm bass and mids with bell-like highs that just fall off your fingers. A quintessential fingerstyle by historical design, it is also a great guitar for strumming, chord melody and flatpicking as well.

About the OMSC

Dana Bourgeois thinks of the OMS as the 12-fret version of the OM, as opposed to the other way around. It boasts all the tonal properties of the OM, with the added power and fullness of a 12-fret. The 12-fret design places the soundhole closer to the waist of the guitar and locates the bridge at the widest part of the lower bout. This is where it can most efficiently drive the top. This throwback design allows maximum power with minimum playing effort while affording a loose, open quality to the sound. If you find yourself missing those extra two frets on standard 12-fret guitars, take them back!  The OMSC has the added soft cutaway with extra frets to spare. With the upgraded deep body and large soundhole, this guitar is a force to reckon with.

Includes hardshell case and Lifetime Warranty.
