The Bourgeois Luke Bryan Signature Limited Edition model is built around a shared story- one that begins on Luke’s own Flint Rock Farms and extends from the Bourgeois Lewiston workshop in Maine, to players around the world. Built from select Eastern Black Walnut harvested on Luke Bryan’s own Flint Rock Farms in Tennessee paired with a torrefied Maine Adirondack Spruce sunburst top, this short scale slope shoulder dreadnought limited edition model is limited to only 30 guitars world wide, a unique creation rooted in the story of Luke’s farm.
The torrefied Maine Adirondack Spruce top complements the Walnut back and sides, creating a tonal blend that is both powerful and nuanced- offering the punchy, sparking midrange that Walnut famously delivers. The fingerboard features a custom Mother of Pearl antler inlay- a not to Luke’s longtime passion for hunting and rural traditions that inspire his music. On the headstock, a matching Flint Rock Farm emblem honors the place where this collaboration took root, tying the instrument directly to Luke’s farm and heritage.
More than a decade ago, Luke Bryan asked Dana Bourgeois a simple question- “Is Black Walnut good for building guitars?” Dana didn’t hesitate, “Heck Yeah.” The conversation [planted the seed for the creative collaboration grounded in the land and a shared belief in what can define an exceptional guitar. Luke invited Dana to his Tennessee property, Flint Rock Farm, where the ridge above his homestead is lined with mature Eastern Black Walnut. Together, the two walked the ridge, tagged trees, and later selected choice boards at the sawmill where Luke’s timber was being processed. These boards carefully cured in Dana’s workshop for a decade, perfectly aged for this guitar. The result is a limited edition guitar that celebrates heritage, artistry, and the partnership between Bourgeois Guitars and one of country music’s biggest stars.
