A near mint 2018 Huss & Dalton L-13 Deluxe Crossroads. This deluxe model is a nod to the iconic 1927 Nick Lucas model- the first ever to feature a 13 fret neck to body build, and with a deeper body. Nick Lucas was the first jazz guitarist to record as a soloist. His popularity during his lifetime came from his reputation as a singer as well as with his signature song “Tiptoe Through the Tulips” in the late ’20’s.
With Premium Flamed Maple for the back, sides and neck and a Sitka Spruce top with a full body sunburst, this guitar has the vintage vibe, just like the jazz houses of the 20’s and 30’s where the Nick Lucas model was first heard. 1927 Nick Lucas Pearl inlays, Rosewood fretboard and bridge along with vintage neck shape with 1 3/4″ nut top it off. 4 5/8″ deeper body and short scale length give this vintage reincarnate the feel and look of a true ’27.
Includes original deluxe TKL tweed hardshell case.
