The GL-J Jazz model semi-hollow from Lowden Guitars in Northern Ireland is a lighter weight build than their original GL-10 predecessor. With a lower bout 14″ across, this custom GL-J features a hand picked solid Premium Quilted Maple top in natural finish with F holes and Mahogany body with satin finish along with custom Black Pearl ‘falling leaf’ fretboard and headstock inlays, Maple and Rosewood 5-piece neck and Gold Lollar Imperial humbucker pickups with split coil switches. As far as we know this is the first Lowden electric featuring Lollar Imperials with split coil switches. A request we had them custom order.
