Providing extraordinary comfort through a short scale length and condensed total length, the 00 “Coupe” transforms your perfect couch guitar into a versatile instrument with a surprisingly large sound. The 00 Coupe is not your standard 12-fret small body 00. It’s got the shape of an elongated OM, just slightly smaller. The 12-fret short scale configuration pushes the bridge more towards the lower bout, more in the ‘sweet spot’ of the top. Warmth, volume and an ease of playing ensue.
This customized 00 Coupe features the full Aged Tome package and Aged Tone torrefied tone woods. Premium Aged Tone Flamed Maple back and sides (a rare offering in tonewoods) paired with an Aged Tone torrefied Adirondack Spruce top and braces along with Bourgeois’ proprietary Aged Tone thin gloss finish and Animal Protein glue construction complete the package with vintage sound and vibe in a new build. All the warmth, clarity and attenuation of focus you expect in the 00 “Coupe”.
