A very good+ condition player’s dreadnought from the Martin Custom Shop. A few dings and bumps but all else is fit. This is basically a D-28 build but with custom Quilted Mahogany back and sides, a rare and upgraded set of tonewood. The Quilted figuring adds a little more density to the wood, giving it a deeper sound with more overtones like you find in Rosewood. The 28 style build includes the herringbone top purflings, Ivoroid bindings and heel cap, large Pearl dot inlays, zig zag backstrip and more.
