Adirondack Red Spruce is considered the ‘holy grail’ of top wood for it’s light but stiff structure and response. It does take longer to break in that other spruces do though. Huss & Dalton’s Thermo-Cured ‘cooked’ tops are woods that are cured at a high temperature with a process that simulates the aging process of broken in woods with that broken in tone. The wood is not stained with aging toner, this is the true color of the wood.

Brazilian Rosewood is long considered to be the most sought after tone wood by instrument builders and collectors for its exceptional tone quality and sustain as well as the beautiful color and figuring. Due to the protected nature of this rare species (Dalbergia Negra), this guitar will not be shipped internationally.
