The Collings D2HMRA is a powerhouse dreadnought built with Premium tonewoods. A whole new tonal spectrum from Collings, a Torrefied (baked) Adirondack Spruce top (newly available from Collings) and Premium Madagascar Rosewood back and sides combines for a new level of sonic boom.
A Madagascar Rosewood headplate graces the headstock of the D2HMRA, and pre war scalloped bracing pushes the Adirondack spruce top with a custom 1 23/32″ nut width. Huge sound and pop.
