Collings C10 Custom Koa and German Spruce Used (2013)

Based on guitars first introduced around the same time as the OM in the early 20th century, the Collings C10 is a leaner alternative, with the narrow waist and small upper bout resulting in a precise, focused response. This pre-owned, near mint condition C10 was custom ordered by us originally in 2013 with this gorgeous figured Hawaiian Koa back and sides and a German Spruce top with Abalone rosette and tortoise bindings. It’s back in our shop on consignment in pretty much the same condition it left in except it has a strap button installed the neck. The medium-fat “C” shaped Mahogany neck is super comfortable to play with the 1 11/16″ nut width and 2 3/16″ saddle spacing.  The rounded neck profile and small oval heel is perhaps the easiest Collings for electric guitarists to adapt to.

Great tone and crisp clarity make this an extremely versatile guitar for all styles of music, flatpicked or fingerpicked. The C10 vintage inspired body size is a great alternative to the OM as well.

Includes original deluxe TKL case. Interior label signed by Bill Collings.
